These Apricot Coconut Bliss Balls are a power house of fibre and protein. Incorporating a prebiotic  will assist gut health. They are also Vegan friendly.

Make these to satisfy not only those hunger pangs but also those desires for a sweet hit.

I love these mid afternoon when I am work, they give me a big energy hit and revive me so I can keep going when my energy levels are fading.


Dried Apricots (without the sulpher if you can) 240g
Raw Almonds 240g
Flaxseed ground 2 tbsp
Coconut, dried 60g
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
Maple syrup, genuine 2 tbsp
Inulin 2 tbsp


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mix starts to form a loose ball or you can roll into a ball.
  • Take teaspoons of mix and roll between your slightly dampened hands.
  • Place in refrigerator to firm up.

NOTE: Inulin is a prebiotic fibre primarily consisting of ground chicory. I have searched in almost every health food store in Australia to find this product. Persistance beats resistance and I now purchase from an online business in Queensland, Australia. Click here to purchase
