|Peanuts, roasted salted||240g|
|Medjool dates or dried dates (softened) - pit free||240g|
|Maple syrup (genuine) or raw honey||2 tbsp|
|Inulin powder||2 tbsp|
- If using dried dates soften in hot water for 5 minutes before using, ensure they are well drained. Approximately 220g of dried dates will give you the 240g you will need.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mix starts to form a loose ball or you can roll into a ball.
- Take teaspoons of mix and roll between your slightly dampened hands.
- Place in refrigerator to firm up.
NOTE: Inulin is a prebiotic fibre primarily consisting of ground chicory. I have searched in almost every health food store in Australia to find this product. Persistance beats resistance and I now purchase from an online business in Queensland, Australia. Click here to purchase
