The perfect healthy snack.

Peanuts, roasted salted 240g
Medjool dates or dried dates (softened) - pit free 240g
Cacao powder 30g
Maple syrup (genuine) or raw honey 2 tbsp
Vanilla 2 tbsp
Inulin powder 2 tbsp

  • If using dried dates soften in hot water for 5 minutes before using, ensure they are well drained. Approximately 220g of dried dates will give you the 240g you will need.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mix starts to form a loose ball or you can roll into a ball.
  • Take teaspoons of mix and roll between your slightly dampened hands.
  • Place in refrigerator to firm up.

NOTE: Inulin is a prebiotic fibre primarily consisting of ground chicory. I have searched in almost every health food store in Australia to find this product. Persistance beats resistance and I now purchase from an online business in Queensland, Australia. Click here to purchase
