Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 240 g Peanuts roasted salted
  • 240 g Medjool dates or dried dates softened - pit free
  • 30 g Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup genuine or raw honey
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Inulin powder see note

Instructions
 

  • If using dried dates soften in hot water for 5 minutes before using, ensure they are well drained. Approximately 220g of dried dates will give you the 240g you will need.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mix starts to form a loose ball or you can roll into a ball.
  • Take teaspoons of mix and roll between your slightly dampened hands.
  • Place in refrigerator to firm up.

Notes

Inulin is a prebiotic that has a slight sweetness. It is made from chicory root. 
Purchase Inulin from health food shops.
